We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Executive Search team, leading on high-profile Chief Executive, Director-level, and Board appointments across the sector. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, consultative environment where you will not only deliver exceptional executive search assignments but also play a proactive role in developing new client relationships and expanding our reach across the not-for-profit landscape. As a senior member of our Executive Search team, you will manage end-to-end processes across leadership and board roles, from initial engagement and market mapping to assessment, selection, and successful placement. Alongside this, you will take responsibility for building your own pipeline of work through networking, external engagement, and business development activity, raising the profile of Prospectus and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in executive search.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Significant experience working with or advising senior stakeholders in a strategic, consultative capacity.
- A proven track record of business development, including generating new opportunities and winning work.
- Excellent project management skills, balancing multiple assignments effectively.
