Our client is the UK's largest conservation charity, founded in 1895 to preserve historic places and spaces of natural beauty in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It protects over 500 historic houses, gardens, and 780 miles of coastline, acting as a major landowner to ensure these sites are open to the public.

This organisation now seeks to appoint a new Head of Campaign Planning and Prospectus is delighted to be leading the search.

Swindon / London / Hybrid / national role (expect 40-60% of your week at one of the national sites) 37.5 hours per week / Permanent 55,000 - 62,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising Strategy, and as part of a positive, ambitious and forward-thinking Fundraising Leadership Team, you'll lead the development and coordination of campaign and appeal planning, setting clear frameworks and priorities that support effective delivery.

You'll oversee multiple, complex workstreams, ensuring strong governance, clear decision making and timely progress. A key part of the role involves translating insight, performance data and diverse inputs into coherent plans, compelling strategies and clear narratives. You'll work closely with senior leaders, cross functional teams and governance or volunteer groups.
