Prospectus is pleased to be supporting our client in their search for a Supporter Development Manager. The organisation was founded to help people facing the devastating effects of homelessness. Today, we also tackle the causes and consequences of poverty and inequality. The organisation works with around 6000 individuals and families every year. They help people to reach their full potential by breaking down the barriers to housing, mental and physical health, work, education, financial independence or daily living skills.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £38,072 per annum. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in Canterbury.
The Supporter Development Manager will shape and lead the organisation's individual giving and legacy programmes at a pivotal moment for the charity. You will grow the value and longevity of support from new and existing donors by providing excellent donor care and stewardship.
The organisation is looking for someone with experience of leading on an individual giving budget. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of planning and delivering on multi-channel campaigns to grow donor bases.
