Prospectus are proud to be supporting our client in their search for a Community Fundraiser. The role is with an independent charity that is proud to be affiliated with a larger national organisation and to adhere to its quality standards of governance and service delivery. The charity is part of a network of over 100 local organisations, which provide trusted mental health services to their communities. They promote wellbeing and recovery; they prevent mental ill health, offering talking therapies and providing support in times of crisis.
This is a permanent, part-time (21 hours a week) role paying a salary of £29,458 FTE per annum. This is a hybrid role from their offices in High Wycombe.
A critical role within the charity, the Community Fundraiser will lead on the delivery of an agreed fundraising plan that will look to expand the way in which they engage their local community to increase income. The postholder will work with colleagues across the charity including the local communications team to design exciting and relevant materials and social media content to promote community fundraising events and fundraising opportunities and engage with and support existing and new supporters/fundraisers.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of delivering income growth for a charity via either Community Fundraising, Individual Giving, Challenge Events or Events. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of online fundraising tools and experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
