  • Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development as well as business development activities such as preparing pitches and presentations.
  • Work on a wide range of pre-deal service offerings.
  • Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching and formal learning
  • Analytical thinking — interpret data and evidence to form strong insights.
  • Critical thinking and judgement — assess risk, quality and implications to make decisions.
  • Collaboration — thrive in inclusive teams where every voice and perspective strengthens outcomes
  • Curiosity and motivation — developing your potential by continuously building new technical and digital skills

Empower diversity. Be proud of who you are. Make an influential difference.

We live in a diverse world, so building a diverse and inclusive firm, where everyone feels they belong and can achieve their potential, matters profoundly to us.

This is why we’ve created programmes like this, to ensure everyone is made aware of the work we do and given an equal opportunity to work with us.

We’re committed to building a culture of belonging and as such we are focused on doubling the proportion of female and Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) talent in the UK partnership to 40% female and 20% BME by July 2025 – plus, we commit 15% of our BAME target to be Black Partners.

We promise to be a voice and force for change, both within our organisation and beyond.

Let’s focus on the future of work, together.
