Are you a natural problem-solver who wants to see how a business actually scales from the ground up? As our Graduate Operations Coordinator, you will step right into the heart of our operations, taking charge of vital internal projects and solving real-world business challenges alongside our teams. This is a role designed for someone who likes autonomy, learns by doing, and wants their strategic ideas implemented, not filed away.
Working from our office and workshop facility, you will keep our day-to-day business moving smoothly across 3 core areas:
- Customer & Order Management
- Oversee the end-to-end journey of new accounts and customer orders.
- Resolve product and invoice queries with high levels of customer care.
- Support regional education clients (up to 20 locations) with service support and relationship growth.
- Keep your internal operations and procurement manuals updated.
- Logistics, Supply Chain & Inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure stock components (packaging, juices, marketing materials).
- Manage stocks across our four locations and control inventory replenishment.
- Review & manage storage and distribution supplier KPIs and performance metrics.
- Finance & Core Reporting
- Maintain the customer ledger and process rebates/invoices using Xero accounting software.
- Compile weekly and monthly tracking reports covering sales margins, deliveries, and new accounts.
- Support the monthly reconciliation and tracking of fixed asset movements (equipment installs and uplifts).
Our Culture & Team
We are a lean, collaborative team of 16 professionals split across four key departments: Business Development, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Business Support.
Our teams enjoy a flexible framework split between remote work, client sites, and our Milton Keynes hub, and we are both supportive and energetic.
Our Milton Keynes facility serves as the operational heart of the business, where we build and rework our Drinks Hubs and run our essential business support functions.
Why Join Us?
At Gen Juice, we are about low bureaucracy, we encourage and promote confidence to bring commercial ideas to life. We are supportive and respectful and we build teams that thrive together. We'll want you to grow with us, and mentorship from our senior leadership team (CEO) together with a clear, performance-driven path toward strategic projects and people management will help you enjoy and thrive.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree Discipline: Open to all disciplines! Degrees in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or Management are a plus, but your mindset matters more.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Previous exposure to Xero or CRM platforms is fantastic, but not essential.
- Organization Skills: A detail-oriented multitasker who can balance desk-based admin with hands-on customer site visits.
- Proactive Mindset: Someone excited by the prospect of creating automation plans and improving business workflows after 6 months.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable assisting with stock management and occasional manual handling.
Gen Juice is a fast-growing, purpose-driven team on a mission to eliminate single-use packaging. Since 2021 we've been helping secondary school caterers and hotels across England and Wales with our sustainable Drinks Hubs for reusable cups and bottles. We offer a complete one-stop shop, from from equipment installation and maintenance to product supply and marketing, and we remove 97% of packaging waste and harmful carbon. Backed by strong financial funding, we have already captured 40% of our 1,500 Hub target and are scaling with increasing pace.
