You’ll be involved in a variety of activities that will develop your technical, analytical, and professional skills, while also giving you a true sense of our team culture and client work.
What you will be doing:
- Gaining experience of economic analysis using large complex to identify insights for clients
- Presenting your research on the latest economic developments
- Networking with colleagues across competencies and sector specialisms
- Shadowing a colleague on a live client engagement
- Analytical thinking — interpret data and evidence to form strong insights.
- Problem solving — break down complex challenges into workable actions.
- Critical thinking and judgement — assess risk, quality and implications to make decisions.
- Empathy and relationship building — build trust through listening and respect
- Self‑direction — set goals, manage time and take initiative for development
