Role overview
You’ll be placed in one of our business areas across our enterprise, including, Aerospace, Defence, Group IT, Group Business Services, or Rolls-Royce Solutions UK. You could see for yourself how we negotiate contracts on a global level or provide support to one of our commercial teams. Or you might be involved in helping purchase the parts for a highly efficient jet engine, a building or IT system. Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are. This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business. But it’s up to you to make the most of it.
Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire. We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.
