Restart is an innovative programme aimed at supporting individuals (participants) who are seeking employment, to help them find work. The Employment Consultant will work with a caseload of people who are seeking employment to help them find suitable roles. The Employment Consultant will work with the participant to understand their goals and will create an action plan, meeting regularly with participants to support them to progress towards employment. The Employment Consultant will carry out proactive job searches, engage with local employers and will signpost to other local services to get the right support for the participants.
Location: You will be based in our Grosvenor House office in Birmingham City Centre.
