Shape trust and confidence in global and local businesses On the Audit Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence, helping protect business reputations and build trust in markets. You’ll work in high-performing teams, using technology and data to drive analysis, professional judgement and insight. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll develop your potential, make real impact, and gain a globally recognised qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland. The power of local. The impact of global. In Northern Ireland, you'll build your career where you can see the difference you make. You'll work alongside local businesses, communities and colleagues while gaining access to EY's global network, clients and opportunities. It's the best of both worlds: the close-knit culture and support of a growing Northern Ireland team, combined with the scale, technology and impact of a global organisation

Empower diversity. Be proud of who you are. Make an influential difference. We live in a diverse world, so building a diverse and inclusive firm, where everyone feels they belong and can achieve their potential, matters profoundly to us. This is why we’ve created programmes like this, to ensure everyone is made aware of the work we do and given an equal opportunity to work with us. We’re committed to building a culture of belonging and as such we are focused on doubling the proportion of female and Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) talent in the UK partnership to 40% female and 20% BME by July 2025 – plus, we commit 15% of our BAME target to be Black Partners. We promise to be a voice and force for change, both within our organisation and beyond. Let’s focus on the future of work, together.
