The Prospects Foundation is seeking a Community Food Growing Officer to lead the Let’s Grow Hyndburn project and revive community allotments in Baxenden and Accrington. You’ll use sustainable, wildlife-friendly growing methods to teach people how to grow fruit and vegetables and run activities across the local community.
You’ll work with schools and groups to set up projects and show affordable cooking from scratch, while inspiring others to live more sustainably and inclusively in Hyndburn.
