We're building a platform that combines intelligent lead qualification with unified CRM data management, solving critical challenges for businesses scaling their sales operations. We're seeking a visionary CTO to co-lead our technical strategy and build our AI-powered platform from the ground up. This is a founding team position - a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about AI, sales technology, and scaling innovative solutions.
What You'll Build:
- Scalable cloud infrastructure
- Innovative sales intelligence features
Responsibilities
- Co-Lead technical strategy and architecture design
- Build and scale our AI/ML capabilities
- Develop our cloud infrastructure
- Drive innovation and technical excellence
- AI/ML technologies (not limited to); PyTorch, SciKitLearn, TensorFlow.
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- API integration capabilities; preferably REST API.
- Data processing at scale
Qualifications
Must Have: A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong background in AI/ML development
- Experience building SaaS platforms at scale
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales tech
- Startup experience preferred
- Strong architectural vision
- OR: Start-up experience, whether it be running your own or co-founding.
