This Market Leading Insurance organisation is recruiting a Credit Hire Recoveries Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their Recoveries function. You will be the primary contact for Insurers, Stakeholders, and staff, ensuring smooth operations and strategy implementation.
This role offers an opportunity to influence and improve the Recoveries strategy, with your contributions being valued and recognized.

Main responsibilities
- Manage the Recoveries team, including people management, financial performance, cash recovery, and service standards

- Design and implement training and change initiatives
