Role Overview: As a Sales Support Apprentice at ProspectAware, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the sales and technology sectors. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a professional environment, working closely with industry experts and contributing to the success of our client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning and Development: Gain comprehensive knowledge about ProspectAware, including our history, services, and market position. Develop a strong understanding of the technology industry and the external factors influencing it.
- Client Campaign Support: Assist in sourcing and analysing data relevant to client campaigns. Learn to write up notes and reports in a manner suitable for client presentation and communication. Support the Head of Service Delivery in daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Professional Skills Development: Learn how to professionally type emails, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and appropriate tone. Gain expertise in using LinkedIn for professional networking and client engagement. Learn to use Monday.com, a project management tool, to a professional standard, supporting the organisation and tracking of tasks.
Requirements:
