As a sales-focused Business Administration Apprentice at ProspectAware, you’ll be working from our Leicester Square office alongside the Managing Director and Sales Manager. You’ll get real hands-on experience, not just shadowing—learning how sales actually works in a growing business.

ProspectAware has been developing apprentices for over 15 years, helping 50+ people build long-term careers in partnership with a London-based apprenticeship learning provider. If you’re motivated and willing to learn, we will support you every step of the way. There’s also a clear progression path, with the opportunity to move into a full-time Sales Executive role.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Helping the Sales team with day-to-day tasks
  • Researching companies and contacts online
  • Updating and managing info in our CRM system
  • Using tools like Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Learning how sales and marketing really work
  • Building up to speaking with professionals at global tech companies
What we’re looking for:
  • Comfortable using a computer (basic Microsoft Office skills are a plus)
  • Organised and good with details
  • Someone who takes initiative and gives things a go
  • Good communication skills (written + spoken English)
  • Reliable, on time, and professional
