Introduction
As a sales-focused Business Administration Apprentice at ProspectAware, you’ll be working from their Leicester Square office, assisting the Account Executives, Managers and Senior Leadership Team with a variety of administrative, research and customer support tasks.

What You'll Do
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Account Executives with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Conducting online business research using industry-specific platforms.
- Accurately entering and maintaining information within our CRM database.
- Using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Speaking with businesses by telephone to verify and update contact information.
- Assisting with marketing and sales support activities.
- Learning about business development, marketing and customer relationship management.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while developing your professional and communication skills.
Training Outcome
Full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
