- Job Summary
Prospect is recruiting a Facilities Officer based in London, Victoria.
The role reports to the Deputy Head of Facilities and is responsible for ensuring all administrative, maintenance and monitoring duties are completed on time to maintain the safety and security of the building.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the building, executing daily health and safety tasks.
- Carry out basic DIY duties and routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate health and safety monitoring and recording.
Requirements
- Good customer service skills to greet visitors and cover reception.
- Strong communication skills for assisting colleagues with room setup and other facilities duties.
- Prompt response to colleague calls and emails.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Teams and Outlook.
- Ability to work as part of a facilities team and with external caterers and security staff.
- Adaptability to new building management systems.
- Basic health and safety certificates: manual handling, fire safety and COSH.
