Prospect is seeking a Development Manager (Part Time) for CULT Cymru in Cardiff. The fixed-term role runs until 31 March 2027, 21 hours per week, with hybrid working between the Cardiff office and home. Salary £31,827 p.a. (full-time rate £53,045 for 35 hours) plus pension and holiday benefits.
The post holder will lead CULT Cymru’s learning provision, build strategic partnerships, secure funding, and ensure inclusive practice across Wales’ creative industries.
