Senior Account Director, PR and Communications

The Account Manager will be responsible for the daily operational running of client accounts, ensuring KPIs are met and client satisfaction is maintained. They will work closely with Account Executives, providing guidance and mentorship, and collaborate with senior team members on crisis and litigation PR projects. Managing a portfolio of core client PR accounts, including social and digital media strategies. Creating and repurposing content across media relations, social media, and online channels. Supporting the management team on various initiatives and processes. Exceptional client management and media relations skills. Strong written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail. Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the legal sector. Prior experience in professional services, corporate, or B2B PR. The Account Director will ensure optimal client satisfaction and the seamless execution of impactful PR campaigns. They will mentor and empower Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering team cohesion and clarity. Furthermore, they will contribute to the consultancy’s expansion by identifying growth opportunities and driving new business initiatives.
