Junior Sous Chef
youll assist the head chef and sous chef in our high-energy, high-volume kitchen, overseeing everything from menu execution to team development. Youll lead from the front, ensuring every plate delivers on our brand promise and keeps guests coming back for more. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs in a busy kitchen environment Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to brand specifications Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships Maintain compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations Drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency Collaborate with management to evolve the menu and deliver seasonal specials About You Proven experience as a Junior Sous chef in a
high-volume
setting Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing your team Knowledge of ordering, stock control, and cost management A love for BBQ and smoked food styles (or at least a willingness to get hooked!)
