We are hiring a polished and experienced Senior Concierge Executive to support the front‑of‑house operations of a premium Grade A commercial development in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in luxury hotels, corporate reception, serviced offices, premium retail, airline customer service, private clubs, or Grade A office buildings. The Senior Concierge Executive will be expected to lead by example, support junior concierge staff, handle tenant and visitor enquiries, manage escalations, and maintain a consistently professional image at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet tenants, visitors, guests, and VIPs with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information on building facilities, services, amenities, transport, car park, bicycle parking, nearby landmarks, and tenant directories.
  • Handle enquiries via walk-in, phone, and email professionally.
  • Support wayfinding and visitor guidance within the building.
  • Assist with access‑related enquiries and concierge‑related systems.
  • Handle feedback and escalated situations calmly and professionally.
  • Support lost‑and‑found documentation, secure handling, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain and update CRM or digital records accurately.
  • Assist with tenant engagement, marketing campaigns, events, and ad‑hoc operational duties.
  • Guide and coach Concierge Executives on service standards, grooming, and daily duties.
  • Conduct daily handovers and support the Account Manager with operational updates.
  • Respond appropriately during incidents and emergencies.

The tender requires concierge staff to provide high levels of customer service, manage front‑desk enquiries, handle escalated issues, maintain CRM records, supervise lost‑and‑found matters, support marketing campaigns, and adhere to security and emergency protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge, guest relations, front office, hospitality, aviation, corporate reception, serviced office, or premium customer service.
  • Prior experience as a senior executive, team lead, shift lead, or supervisor is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English.
  • Mandarin‑speaking ability is strongly advantageous, as the tender requires at least one concierge staff proficient in Mandarin to be deployed.
  • Strong grooming and professional presentation.
  • Calm and confident when handling complaints, difficult visitors, or escalated issues.
  • Able to work with CRM systems, digital logs, email, and basic reporting tools.
  • Able to comply with formal uniform and grooming standards.
  • First Aid / CPR / AED certification will be advantageous; training may be arranged where required.
