About the Role
Prospect & Pitch is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fundraising Operations Administrator to join our growing team. The Fundraising Operations Administrator will work as part of Prospect & Pitch's outsourced fundraising team supporting the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) and sister-charity Blindcare, helping to ensure accurate records, excellent supporter care and efficient fundraising operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, attention to detail and building positive relationships, while contributing to causes that make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
Supporter care and fundraising administration
- Act as a first point of contact for routine fundraising enquiries, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Process donations and ensure supporters receive timely acknowledgements.
- Administer Gift Aid claims and maintain associated records.
- Support legacy administration, maintaining accurate records and correspondence with supporters and executors where appropriate.
Database management
- Maintain accurate records within Donorfy.
- Carry out routine database maintenance and data cleansing.
- Generate accurate reports, mailing lists and fundraising information.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data management procedures.
Fundraising team support
- Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns, appeals and donor communications.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and fundraising materials.
- Support fundraising officers with administration associated with funding applications, donor stewardship and reporting.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
