This role is for a senior lawyer who doesn’t just want a seat at the table — but a hand in shaping it.

You will:

  • Bring and service a substantial client following of your own
  • Take a lead role in managing and developing the firm’s existing non-contentious client base
  • Actively grow both through collaboration, cross-selling, and leveraging Prospect Law’s strong brand and reputation

This is not a pure fee-earning role, this is a genuine leadership and growth role. You will have the scope to:

  • Help shape our recruitment strategy and attract the next generation of top-tier talent
  • Drive improvements in infrastructure, systems, and technology, including the intelligent use of AI
  • Identify and help develop new practice areas, sectors, and opportunities as the firm continues to expand

Who We’re Looking For

You will be:

  • 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
  • A proven relationship-builder, with the ability to attract, retain, and grow clients
  • Commercially minded, confident, and credible with senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial in outlook and comfortable taking ownership and driving growth

Experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your ambition, judgment, and appetite to build.
