You are a central member of the online advertising team and an expert in Paid Search and Social Ads. You will be the primary contact for many of our clients and will get to know their business inside and out to build strong working relationships and to execute world-class paid media strategies that are aligned with their goals. You will play a key role in emphasising PK’s vision and values, leading by example for junior members of the team that will be looking up to you. You will strive for continuous learning and improvement in your technical abilities and emotional skills, playing a crucial role in retaining our clients and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Online Ads channels and a high standard of work for your clients
  • Build strong relationships with your clients and learn their business inside and out
  • Manage, coach and develop the junior members of your team
  • Work closely with your managers to develop effective client strategies
  • Proactively improve knowledge gaps and ask for training where you need it
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share latest insights across the agency
  • Understand company goals and take a proactive role in contributing to our positive company culture

Interview Process

  • Stage 1: Phone interview with hiring manager. 15-30 minute casual conversation to find out more about each other.
  • Stage 2: Office interview with hiring manager and head of department. 45-60 minute to delve deeper into the technical aspects required for the job. You are encouraged to come with lots of questions for us and we’ll allocate ample time to answer them.
  • Stage 3: Office interview with hiring manager, head of department and one of our Co-Founders. This stage of the interview process will require you to complete an assigned task. You’ll start the interview by presenting the task back to us, followed by lots of questions related to the task and the role in general.
