We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Prospect House Primary Specialist School. This is a permanent, full‑time role on Teaching terms offering MPS‑UPS plus SEN allowance, to start on 1st September 2026.

  • As our pupil numbers increase, we are seeking an experienced and confident SEN teacher who is ready to contribute to and help shape our high‑quality specialist provision in a growing school.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a highly personalised curriculum tailored to individual EHCP outcomes
  • Plan, teach and assess learning in line with pupils’ complex needs
  • Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
  • Support and model effective specialist practice
  • Work closely with therapists, families and external agencies
  • Contribute to self‑evaluation and continuous school improvement
