We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Prospect House Primary Specialist School. This is a permanent, full‑time role on Teaching terms offering MPS‑UPS plus SEN allowance, to start on 1st September 2026.
The Opportunity
As our pupil numbers increase, we are seeking an experienced and confident SEN teacher who is ready to contribute to and help shape our high‑quality specialist provision in a growing school.

- Has substantial experience working with pupils with severe, profound and/or complex learning difficulties
- Understands communication needs, sensory regulation and personalised curriculum design

Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly personalised curriculum tailored to individual EHCP outcomes
- Plan, teach and assess learning in line with pupils’ complex needs
- Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
- Support and model effective specialist practice
- Work closely with therapists, families and external agencies
- Contribute to self‑evaluation and continuous school improvement
