Since 1980, we’ve been at the heart of our community, delivering expert, compassionate end-of-life care. Our stores are more than just retail outlets—they’re hubs of community spirit and fundraising success. With 18 locations and a brilliant team of staff and volunteers, we’re proud to support people when they need us most.

  • Driving Gift Aid donations and meeting income targets
  • Managing stock, cash handling and compliance with health, safety, and trading standards
  • Being a community ambassador for Prospect Hospice and a role model for our values

You will work collaboratively and engage with the community to build a team of volunteers, attract desirable donations and make the store a destination.

What we are looking for:

We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!

Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems

Many retail roles require us to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems, so it's a good idea to brush up on any relevant software you’ve used before. Be Ready for Role-Playing Scenarios
