Prospect Hospice in Swindon is recruiting a Retail Store Manager on a 12‑month FTC (maternity cover) to lead our West Swindon shop. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and Gift Aid, and manage volunteers with the support of an experienced retail team.
You’ll recruit and mentor volunteers and the Assistant Store Manager, maintain an appealing store, manage stock and cash, and build community links to boost donations and income. This role requires a dynamic leader with customer focus.
