We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion independent, friendly, and compassionate team in Sleaford. With a base salary starting from £48,000 per year, this role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available. The practice is open to new graduates, ensuring a supportive environment for professional growth.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for providing surgical and medical care to this 100% small animal practice. You'll join an existing team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 1 Student Veterinary Nurse. The standard involves 15-minute consultations, with regular gaps scheduled to ensure smooth appointments. They offer 30-minute appointments for euthanasia. This structured day allows everyone the opportunity for both consultation and operation days.
