We\’re working with a well-established independent practice in Kent who are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet who enjoys variety in their caseload and wants to combine high clinical standards with a genuinely supportive working environment.
The role offers a healthy mix of medicine and surgery, with plenty of scope to develop further in areas of particular interest. You\’ll have access to modern, well-equipped facilities and the chance to manage both routine and more complex cases. Clinical freedom is encouraged, but you\’ll also have the backing of an experienced and approachable team.
The ideal candidate will have a few years of post-graduate experience, be confident in routine procedures, and bring strong communication skills with both colleagues and clients. Certificates, or a desire to work towards one, are warmly supported, and the practice actively encourages professional development.
