The Role
As a Hospital Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, supporting patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines.
- Accurately dispensing prescription medications in line with legal and professional standards.
- Providing medication counselling and advice to patients.
- Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting stock management.
- Advising on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products where appropriate.
- Contributing to the continuous delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmacy services.
What We're Looking For
- GPh C-registered Pharmacist
- Previous pharmacy experience (hospital experience is advantageous but not essential)
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to professional development
- Flexible, organised, and solution-focused mindset
