We are currently recruiting for a Practice Nurse to join a supportive and forward-thinking practice in Torquay. As a valued member of the clinical team, you will work collaboratively with GPs and wider practice staff to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the registered manager with CQC-related duties and maintaining compliance standards
- Delivering high-quality care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation of care plans
- Managing chronic disease clinics and contributing to long-term condition management
- Following practice policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care delivery
- Supporting preventative healthcare and patient education
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse who is keen to develop within primary care.
Essential Requirements- UK Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required) - newly qualified nurses welcome
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations
- Good understanding of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
