Territory Manager - Cardiac

South West & South Central | UK

The Role

As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales, developing customer relationships and increasing market share across the South West and South Central.

• Achieving sales, revenue and product targets across your territory.
• Building strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, procurement teams and senior stakeholders.
• Presenting and demonstrating Cardiac & Cardiology products in clinical environments.
• Developing and executing strategic territory and business plans.
• Identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
• Building a network of KOLs and clinical advocates.
• Supporting product launches, exhibitions, workshops and customer education.
• Understanding NHS purchasing, funding and procurement processes.
• Negotiating with key stakeholders to close profitable business.
• Monitoring competitor activity and market developments.
• Working closely with the wider commercial team to maximise opportunities.

About You

• Experienced in medical device sales, ideally within Cardiac/Cardiology but other surgical/ theatre areas will be considered.
• Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Confident presenting and influencing clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• A strong relationship builder with excellent networking skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory.
• Resilient, proactive and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across the territory.
• In possession of a full UK driving licence.

The Package

• Basic salary £45,000 - £55,000
• Bonus £24,000, quarterly, uncapped
• Company car
