Lead a pharmacy that people genuinely love walking into! My long-standing client is looking for a Pharmacist Manager who wants more than ticking boxes and checking scripts. This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, shape services, support a close‑knit team and make a meaningful impact in a community that truly values its local healthcare.

As part of a rapidly expanding independent pharmacy group, now 45 locations strong and supported by a team of over 350 dedicated colleagues, you'll step into an organisation that offers genuine career growth without losing the friendly, people‑centred feel where you're always valued as an individual. And with no late nights and no Sunday shifts, you'll enjoy a steady, balanced work pattern paired with an employer that truly supports you. Full support to become an IP as standard with this company.

Hours of work: Week 1: Mon‑Fri. Week 2: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri + Saturday 9am‑1pm.

Key Duties:
  • Lead, mentor and inspire an experienced, supportive team
  • Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of NHS and private services
  • Drive the development and growth of private clinical services
  • Build strong relationships with patients and deliver excellent clinical care
  • Contribute to business success through high-quality service and effective team leadership
Package and Benefits:
  • Salary Range - £52,000 - £64,000 depending on IP status
