Working with an independent pharmacy means being part of a close knit team where your ideas matter, your wellbeing is valued, and you have the autonomy to practice the way you were trained. My Swansea-based client prides themselves on genuine community relationships, supportive colleagues and the chance to shape services that make a real difference to local lives.
They are now looking for an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join them for 2 days per week across a couple of their branches, with the option of picking up an occasional additional day. Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day = 16 hrs p/w.
Key Duties:- Provide high quality independent prescribing services, helping patients access timely care within the community.
- Lead and develop clinical services, supporting patient-focused growth.
- Support day to day clinical decision-making, offering expert advice and guidance to both staff and patients.
- Contribute to service improvement, bringing fresh ideas and helping shape the future direction of the pharmacy's clinical direction.
- IRO £31p/hr Approx 16 hrs p/w (with occasional 3 days p/w)
- 5 weeks holiday + BH (pro rata)
- Must be IP qualified
- Must be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- Must have GPhC registration
