This is an excellent chance to join a highly regarded training surgery, commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover on a Salaried basis (with an optional view to Partnership if desired).
The surgery has managed their situation well in recent years, allowing for an excellent work/life balance for their GPs.
Located close to Marlborough, easily commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover.
Ample on-site parking is provided.
Key Duties Grow a patient list of just over 8,000 with a low number of home visits, supported by an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, Nurses, and HCAs.
Offer 4–8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around childcare.
Work within a strong existing team of permanent GPs.
Perform a Low duty Doctor role with minimal home visits.
Assist in a successful training practice.
Package and Benefits £76,000 – £80,000 per annum (FTE) for a salaried GP.
Coverage of medical negligence policy costs by the Practice.
Enrolment in the NHS Pension scheme.
BMA model contract. 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave.
Support for development of special interest areas.
Optional view to a lucrative Partnership.
Ability to become involved in training of Registrars.
