Optometrist, Tunbridge Wells, full or part time, flexible hours, £55,000-£70,000 basic plus bonus. This is an exciting opportunity for an Optometrist to join a renowned practice on a full or part-time basis, where your working schedule can be tailored to best suit you and your life.
The practice itself is very well-established and is equipped with the latest technology in optics including OCT's, digital records, trial frames, auto-refractors and phoropters to ensure the best outcome for their patients' eyesight. With a family feel to the culture within the practice, this practice offers an excellent working environment where you will be working closely alongside the business owners who will take great interest in your personal interests with support available towards professional development such as independent prescribing qualification.
With numerous options for both clinical and career progression, this position would suit an Optometrist keen to develop within the profession or utilise their existing skills and qualifications in a well-equipped, future-focused and highly supportive team.
Key Duties- Flexible full or part-time role with negotiation for no weekend work
- Days available from Monday-Sunday which can be tailored to your preference
- Well-equipped practice including OCT's, Phoropters, Auto-refractor & paperless records
- Offer wider clinical services including Cataract and Glaucoma clinics
- Working alongside an experienced and tenured team including qualified dispensing staff and long-serving Optometrists
- Excellent team spirit where they value each employee's hard work and commitment
- Numerous opportunities for further progression and development including fully sponsored clinical courses and options to specialise in your field of interest
- Opportunity for pre-reg supervision
- Competitive salary between £55,000 if newly qualified- £70,000+ if experienced Optometrist
- Bonus based on clinic commercial performance worth c. £2,000-£3,000 per year
- Professional fees paid

- 5 weeks holiday + bank (33 total)

- Some free parking but this cannot always be guaranteed
