We have numerous examples of senior and Director level employees who started out their career with us as Consultants, who have progressed right to the top of our organisation. These individuals lead their own divisions and teams, whilst others who have not gone down the leadership route, have chosen to be high performing consultants earning in excess of £70,000 per year.

We are looking for ambitious, driven, competitive individuals who are keen to forge a lucrative and rewarding career that could ultimately see a similar path to building and managing a team and access Director level opportunities, as part of our continued global expansion.

Prospect Health are a globally recognised provider of talent to the Medical and Healthcare sector, working across numerous vertical markets, both in the UK and International markets and we represent some of the world’s most cutting edge and esteemed organisations.

The role will see you taking ownership for a long-standing and well established Primary Care desk, with a proven track record of billings of over £200K per annum for the last 10 years, including a record year of £240K+. This is a genuine opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a rewarding sector and seat, as well as maximise your earning potential too!

Your role in this team will see you build relationships with an extensive new and existing network of General Practitioners, assisting both newly qualified GPs to explore their first employed roles post qualifying as a GP, as well as work with an extensive database of experienced Salaried and Partner GPs to help shape their careers.

This is a target driven environment where you will need to be comfortable communicating over the phone and on video calls, building rapport and developing long lasting relationships with your candidates and clients, as well as working as part of a wider team.

You will be supported by a highly experienced management team and will have access to our brilliant admin, support and marketing functions. You will also have your own dedicated professional development plan designed to catalyse your learning and enable transparency on how to further develop your career with us.

We offer a combination of blended learning approaches based on coaching, external seminars which are supported and underpinned by our own in-house training academy. In addition, our bespoke learning management system offers over 100 contextual training courses to catalyse your learning and progression as a consultant and with it your earnings and success within the business.

You could realistically expect to earn around £30-£45K as on target earnings in your first year in this role (made up of basic and commission) with the opportunity to increase this significantly year on year as you progress, master your markets and make your mark!

We also offer a meritocratic approach to increasing your basic salary where once in a consultant role you will have the opportunity to increase your basic by up to £10K in the first 24 months based on pre-set milestones and targets.

Located in the centre of Harrogate, 2 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the bus station, we offer a very vibrant and inclusive working environment, with around 40 members of staff working out of our beautifully designed open plan offices.
