The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate within Surgical equipment, you will be responsible for growing a defined territory across Devon and Cornwall, working closely with surgical professionals across the NHS and private hospital sector. You will be part of a highly engaged, high-performing sales team, helping hospitals adopt innovative capital equipment and solutions that protect healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. This is a field-based role, ideal for graduates who are ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in medical device sales.
What You Will Be Doing
- Building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Driving capital equipment sales and developing new opportunities within your territory
- Managing your own sales pipeline and delivering against clear growth targets
- Delivering product training and on-site demonstrations to clinical teams
- Creating and presenting value-based business cases to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Planning and managing your territory with clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives
- Representing the company at training events, meetings and industry exhibitions
