Job Description

This very successful group of independent Pharmacies is looking for a Pharmacist Manager to take their business to the next level, and grow with the business.If you feel undervalued and overlooked in your current role then this could be the medicine you need!As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be given the independence, adaptability, and professional autonomy you need to fall in love with community pharmacy all over again!The team is friendly and ready to welcome the new Pharmacist Manager into the fold, where you will have the support to contribute directly to the success of your branch and the wider business.Key Duties
  • Be the motivation in the Pharmacy to smash service targets
  • Lead a well staffed and engaged existing team all of whom are committed to providing a gold standard service to the local community.
  • Be a people-person and enjoy meeting new patients, and welcoming existing ones

Package and Benefits

  • Salary starts at £50,000+ and is fully negotiable for experienced candidates
  • Hours Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm, Sat 9am – 5pm (Alt available)
  • Standard holiday entitlement
