Fantastic Independent Community Pharmacy seeking new Pharmacist Manager - Watford.

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, managing a team of pharmacy staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team while contributing to the development and growth of the pharmacy.

Key Duties

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate dispensing of medications.
  • Provide expert advice on medication management, patient care, and health services.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and pharmacy standards.
  • Foster a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Drive business development initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Package and Benefits

  • Working hours (on rotation): Week 1- Monday to Saturday, Week 2- Tuesday to Friday
  • Average hours per month: 44 hours per week
  • Staff: 2.5 Dispensary, 1FT Counter assistance, 50% Dossette boxes
  • Annual leave: 4 weeks plus BH
  • Salary up to £55,000 per annum + £5 per NMS
