An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and forward-thinking Pharmacist or existing Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established, locally respected pharmacy business, nestled in a picturesque town setting. They're seeking a professional who's passionate about delivering excellent patient care and driving innovative pharmacy services within a supportive, close-knit team environment. This role offers the perfect blend of professional autonomy and team collaboration, all within a beautiful and historic location.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5.30pm (closed for lunch 1pm - 2pm) OR possibly Wednesday - Saturday 9am-5.30pm. NQ'd Pharmacists welcome to apply.
Key Duties:- Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on clinical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver high-quality patient consultations and medication services, while providing trusted healthcare advice to the local community.
- Monitor and improve pharmacy performance through effective stock management, budget control, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Support and lead the pharmacy team, encouraging a positive workplace culture and continuous professional development.
- Non-IP Pharmacist: £52,000p/a (inc. NQ'd Pharmacists)
- IP Pharmacist: £64,000p/a (Inc. IP retention payment)
- 34 days holiday per year (includes public holidays)
