An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern, independent practice that's quickly building a fantastic reputation for both clinical care and client experience.
This is a cracking modern set-up, a forward-thinking clinic combining high-quality, first-opinion veterinary care with a fresh, innovative approach to how services are delivered. With a growing and loyal client base, the team are now looking to bring in a consistent, long-term addition to support their continued expansion.
The role would suit a confident GP vet with 2+ years' experience, comfortable with a mix of consultations and routine surgery. There is flexibility to tailor the caseload depending on your strengths and interests, making it ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy in their clinical work.
You’ll be joining a small, supportive team in a well-equipped environment, with facilities including ultrasound, digital x-ray and in-house diagnostics, giving you everything you need to work cases up thoroughly and to a high standard.
The position is ideally around 3 days per week, offering excellent work‑life balance, with just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (10am‑1pm) and no out‑of‑hours. Some sole charge is required at weekends, so confidence working independently is important.
What really sets this opportunity apart is the chance to be part of a growing independent practice where your voice is heard. The owners are open‑minded, progressive, and keen to invest in both the clinic and the people within it, making this a great long‑term move for someone who wants to be part of something evolving.
If you’re looking to step into a role where you can truly make an impact within an independent setting, this is well worth exploring.
