Are you an experienced surgical sales professional ready to make an impact in one of the most competitive medical technology markets? We're looking for a driven senior sales professional to grow and own a territory across the West Midlands, working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers. This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role for someone who thrives in high‑stakes surgical environments, builds long‑term relationships and consistently delivers results.

The Role

  • Drive revenue growth and market share across the spine portfolio
  • Support surgeons during specialist elective cases (e.g., scoliosis and other spinal deformity cases)
  • Manage and develop key surgeon relationships and KOLs
  • Support complex cases in the operating theatre, including trauma and emergency procedures
  • Execute territory strategy, product launches, and competitive conversions
  • Deliver clinical and product education to surgeons and theatre teams

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven surgical sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets – minimum 2 years territory management in surgical sales
  • Confident influencing senior surgeons in complex operating theatres
  • Commercially sharp, strategic and resilient
  • Experienced in managing high‑value territories and hospital accounts
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement and tender processes
  • Excellent territory planning, forecasting and CRM discipline

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary: £45,000‑£60,000
  • OTE: £33,000‑£40,000 (uncapped beyond with excellent overachieve)
