Our client is launching an exciting new portfolio of manual and powered ambulance stretchers, carrying chairs and customised mounting systems into the UK healthcare market.
The Role
- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy for a specialist capital equipment portfolio.
- Bring a new Ambulance Stretcher Product to market and build off the already established wider product portfolio (Defibs, Chest Compression).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK NHS Ambulance services, Hospitals & Wider search and rescue operations.
- Build relationships with procurement, operational and clinical stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical presentations.
- Manage tender submissions and framework opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, clinical support, and customer success.
About You
- A proven track record in capital medical device ideally linked to experience selling into the NHS or acute healthcare environments.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities.
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
