Key Duties:
- Full-time position with a 4-day working week
- Shift pattern of 8:00am-5:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm (shared equally)
- 1 in 8 weekend rota (Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm) with time off in lieu
- Shared inpatient responsibility (1 in 8 nights) with strong nursing support
- No external out-of-hours requirements (dedicated provider in place)
- Work across two sites, with more time potentially spent at the hospital site depending on experience
