This animal clinic is a well‑established veterinary dental referral practice with a strong reputation in patient care, client communication, and long‑term referral relationships. The clinic is located in Durham, North Carolina, regularly ranked among the top 10 places to live and work in the USA. The clinic is opening a new, state‑of‑the‑art 4,000 square feet facility this year, dedicated exclusively to veterinary dental referral services and continuing education for veterinary students, technicians, and practicing veterinarians.
Departments
You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional veterinary dental care. The clinic integrates advanced CB CT imaging, benefiting almost all patients from cutting‑edge 3D imaging, with over 1,400 patients scanned.
Equipment
- CB CT imaging for detailed 3D imaging
- Full dental equipment for comprehensive oral surgery and care
Staffing Levels
This clinic prides itself on having an experienced support staff, including RVTs and an RVT with a VTS in Dentistry, all dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications Required
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College® (or residency‑completed candidate)
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills and decision‑making abilities
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of care in veterinary dentistry
