Their Newbury clinic opened its doors last year and is already thriving. Set in a vibrant market town surrounded by beautiful countryside, the practice offers a bright, modern workspace equipped with digital radiography, ultrasonography, and a fully integrated Idexx laboratory. The team currently includes an experienced Clinical Director, a part-time Vet Surgeon, and a supportive nursing and visiting specialist network, all working together to deliver a collaborative, high-quality service. They're now looking to welcome an additional Vet with a minimum of two years' experience to help build on their growing caseload.

This practice truly values work-life balance, with flexible rotas, no on-call duties, and up to six weeks of annual leave available.
