Are you a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist looking for a rewarding opportunity to deliver exceptional care and contribute your expertise in a meaningful way?
As a Multisite Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and support across 2 x pharmacy locations in York and Hull (set rota). Working alongside a skilled and dedicated team, you'll help uphold the highest standards of patient safety, customer service, and overall wellbeing.
3 days p/w: Friday (York) and Saturday 9am - 17.15pm; Sunday. 10am - 4pm (Hull)
Key Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
- Provide immunization services (where applicable).
- Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
Package and Benefits
- Salary based on 22.5 hrs p/w33 days holiday (Increasing to 40 days with length of service) pro rata
