An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a globally recognised medical technology business within its Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine division. Covering the Midlands, this role is perfect for a driven, relationship-led sales professional who thrives in theatre environments, enjoys clinical interaction, and is motivated by delivering real improvements in patient outcomes.
You will be responsible for driving year-on-year growth across an innovative orthopaedic portfolio, supporting surgeons and clinical teams with product expertise, demonstrations, and hands-on case support.
The Role
- Take full ownership of a high-potential West Midlands territory
- Identify, prospect, and grow new business while maximising existing accounts
- Deliver product training, clinical support, and in-theatre demonstrations
- Lead successful product evaluations and trials
- Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across NHS and private hospitals
- Represent the business at industry events, congresses, and exhibitions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management using Salesforce CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning
Package & Benefits
- £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary (Depending on background and experience)
- £24,000 OTE (on-target earnings)
- Company car or car allowance

What We're Looking For
This is a fantastic role for someone with strong commercial drive and the confidence to work in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Essential:
- Degree-level education (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 3 years' proven Hospital sales success with consistent quota achievement OR Strong Orthopaedic clinical knowledge
- Strong understanding of anatomy & Physiology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Desirable:
- Experience in Orthopaedic or Sports Medicine MedTech sales
- Background in physiotherapy, strength & conditioning, or sports science
- Professional sales qualification or clinical registration
